Michael concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of real estate finance, real estate development and creditor's rights. Mike represents both borrowers and lenders in commercial, industrial and multi-family loan transactions, including FHA financing, Fannie Mae financing, Rural Housing Service financing and low income housing tax credit financing transactions. Mike also assists purchasers and sellers in the acquisition, sale and development of commercial, industrial and multi-family projects.
From a creditors' rights perspective, Mike represents both borrowers and lenders in the foreclosure of mortgages, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions and the workout, purchase and sale of underperforming loans.
