Blaire focuses her practice on civil litigation matters. She has experience with environmental matters with a focus on insurance coverage issues. She also regularly handles matters involving commercial litigation, toxic torts, and medical malpractice matters.
In keeping with our firm’s representation of several members of the restaurant/hospitality industry, Blaire monitors developments in the laws, regulations, and trends impacting the food industry. She authored the article “Foodborne Illness Claims Likely to Rise: Proactive Steps to Minimize Risk” for the July 18-21 edition of the Indiana Lawyer. She also authored the article “Was it Something I Ate? Helping Indiana Defense Practitioners Stay in Front of Food Liability Litigation” for Volume VI of the Indiana Civil Litigation Review.

Candidates for Rising Stars must be 40 years old or younger and have been in practice for 10 years or less and are selected following peer nomination and an independent research process conducted by Law and Politics Magazine. Approximately 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state receive this distinction.
