His litigation experience includes personal injury and death cases based on:

His commercial cases have involved:

- Breach of contract
- Fraud and distributor termination
- Environmental litigation
- Insurance coverage
While continuing to work on complex litigation matters, his practice over the last several years has focused on three areas: commercial litigation, environmental litigation, and insurance coverage.
Dale has significant trial and appellate experience in federal and state courts, with many of his trials involving the defense of claims where potential damages exceeded one million dollars.

Represented and assisted several insurers in resolving a $5 million remediation dispute involving an old industrial site.

Worked with team of firm lawyers in successfully defending an aviation component parts manufacturer and obtaining summary judgment in favor of the parts manufacturer in an action for wrongful death and serious injury filed by occupants of a military helicopter.

Represented and assisted several banks and mortgage banking companies to collect over $1 million dollars from various third parties as a result of underlying mortgage fraud schemes.

Represented and assisted company in resolving and collecting on its insurance policies for fire losses where questions of insurance coverage were raised without the necessity for filing a lawsuit.
