Mike has a strong history and wide variety of civil litigation, both tort and commercial. Trying cases in state and federal court, he has handled the defense of several hundred tort cases, many involving wrongful death or serious personal injury as well as contract, business and construction disputes.
Mike has handled numerous zoning and other land use matters before the Metropolitan Development Commission, various boards and plat committees, and other zoning authorities throughout central Indiana.
His cases have involved, but are not limited to:
