Sam Arena serves as lead counsel on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of retail, office, multi-family and industrial properties. Sam has represented regional and national developers with respect to the development of various shopping center and mixed-use projects, has represented banks and other lending institutions with respect to the financing of real estate transactions and the analysis and operation of bank-owned properties, and has acted as real estate and development counsel for both national and regional convenience store operators.
Sam also regularly represents dentists and dental practices in connection with entity formation, the acquisition and disposition of dental practices, and the buying and selling of ownership interests in existing dental practices or groups.
Sam’s practice also consists of representing closely-held companies and individuals in the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business organizations and acting as lead counsel with respect to the acquisition and disposition of various business enterprises.
