During the calendar years of 2005 through 2009, Tom represented clients on transactions with an aggregate value in excess of 1.3 billion dollars. - Financing of the construction of 453 room hotel project in Indianapolis, Indiana
- Financing the construction of a 27-story condominium project in Fort Myers, Florida
- Financing the construction of a 523 room, 30-story hotel in Chicago, Illinois
- Loan syndications for construction loans to finance the construction of condominium projects in Miami Beach, Florida , Sunny Isles, Florida, and Orange Beach, Alabama
- A loan syndication for the acquisition financing of a major apartment project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

- The financing of a mixed use retail and office development in Carmel, Indiana
- The financing of a 440,872 square foot retail center in Brownsburg, Indiana
- The acquisition, development, financing, and sale of various retail developments, office buildings, apartment projects, and commercial industrial facilities
- Negotiating forbearance arrangements for distressed loans secured by commercial real estate
- The leasing, development and financing of health and fitness centers in Indiana
- The purchase of distressed loans secured by real estate
- Representing a developer in connection with a lender’s foreclosure of a distressed loan secured by an office building in Indianapolis

- The representation of the general contractor in connection with the resolution of performance disputes with a subcontractor arising in connection with the construction of an automotive manufacturing facility in Lafayette, Indiana
