Travis has a general civil litigation practice with a focus in premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, toxic torts, and commercial litigation.
Travis has experience defending personal injury and wrongful death cases, including:
- representing commercial retailers and other property owners in several premises liability cases brought by business patrons involving slips/trips and falls and other injuries;
- defending clients who manufacture consumer goods, equipment, and other products which have been alleged to be defective and caused injury;
- representing health care providers in a broad array of medical malpractice claims; and
- representing several clients in toxic exposure lawsuits, such as asbestos and benzene.
Travis also has experience prosecuting and defending commercial lawsuits, including:
- assisting clients with a wide range of contract disputes;
- pursuing collection of unpaid accounts for several clients, including health care providers; and
- representing clients in the foreclosure of mortgage loans secured by real estate.
