The attorneys of the Wooden & McLaughlin Real Estate Finance Practice Area represent major financial institutions, regional lenders, other providers of capital and borrowers in structuring and closing construction, term, permanent and mezzanine loans, including commercial mortgage loans intended for securitization, syndication or other secondary market conduit programs. We have experience with sophisticated lending arrangements, including syndicated loan, tenant-in-common, section 42 low income housing tax credit, municipal bond, layered subsidy and tiered debt transactions.   • Representation of mezzanine lender in connection with subordinate loans and investments in connection with the development of numerous multifamily, condominium and retail projects in the Midwest and Southeast
  • Representation of national commercial real estate developer in connection with over $500,000,000.00 in construction financings
  • Representation of multifamily and assisted living developers in connection with obtaining construction, permanent and mezzanine loans for projects throughout the Midwest
  • Assisting regional mortgage banking client with regard to the development of new lending programs in cooperation with the Rural Housing Service, Fannie Mae and Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority
